Yes, we always assign our prequalified buyers and sellers to a network agent FIRST. IF no Network Agent, we send out to several non-network agents on first come first assign status. Network Agents also have a blanket referral agreement on file so no referral agreement each assignment.

Yes. Our renewal fee is $99 for an Affiliate Membership and $199 for a Deluxe Membership and a Co-Marketing Lender Membership. For a solo agent membership either affiliate or Deluxe the renewal fee is waved if the agent closes 5 or more Self-Generated Transactions within that year. There is a renewal fee for firms and mortgage companies as well for an Affiliate Firm the renewal fee is $75 per agent. Deluxe Firms and Co-Marketing Mortgage Company have the same renewal fee of $199 per agent.  

No monthly fees. We only require your initial membership fee, annual renewal applies if you don’t close 5 VREB transactions, and the referral fee due per transaction.
